ESRC in the news
Our research is often mentioned in newspapers and other publications. During April 2012 there were a total of 1339 ESRC-related stories in the media, boosted by major national coverage of the Institute for Fiscal Studies' evaluation and reports on household finances at the start of the new financial year. These were reported on all the major TV and radio channels such as the BBC, ITV,Channel 4 and Five, as well as Sky and in many national and regional publications and radio stations. The ESRC received coverage in the Independent, Daily Telegraph and the Metro, on the BBC website and overseas coverage in the Times of India, Top News India and Evening Herald (Ireland) and Irish World websites
